Follow these simple steps and start cutting your review times with clear, focused feedback.
Here’s what you need to do: Create your first project - Click Create Project to kick off your first review. Add collaborators - Add the teammates who you want to have access to everything in the project. They’ll be able to manage the project with you. Upload files and set a due date for review - Add PDFs, Images, Videos, or Audio Files and then let everyone know when they need to review the file. Add reviewers - Add the people who need to review the content. They’ll only have access to the files you upload in this particular reviewer group. Add your own comments to files - Add your thoughts directly on the file in a comment. This could be letting the reviewers know what the file’s about, or you can add your own review. Add reviewer groups - Reviewer groups allow for private conversations within each review stage. Most people use reviewer groups for different teams or internal and external reviewers. Resolve comments - Turn feedback into an internal checklist teams can work from. Upload a new version - Once you’ve created a new version with feedback applied, upload it and automatically keep a linear record of everything. Move content through the process - start the review in multiple reviewer groups simultaneously. Get final approval- After everyone approves the file, mark the file as approved with a single click.
