Adding a due date

You can create a due date for files on both the dashboard and within the file view. You set due dates for files per version.

How to add a due date on the dashboard

  1. Go to your Filestage dashboard
  2. Locate the file where you want to add the due date
  3. Select “No Due Date”
  4. Select the date that the file is due
  5. Optionally add a time when it is due

How to add a due date from inside the file

  1. Go into the file where you want to add a due date
  2. Select “No Due Date” in the top right hand corner
  3. Select the date that the file is due
  4. Optionally add a time when it is due

Pro-tip: Always try to add the due date within 15-mins of the file being uploaded. This way the reviewer gets the email regarding the due date along with a notification about a new file. Be sure to check out our help article to learn more about email notifications and due dates.
