To give you the best experience, Filestage distinguishes between your core team and your external partners:
For External Partners: Use the "Reviewer Upload" feature for agencies, freelancers, or clients. It’s the perfect way to let people outside your company contribute to your projects without needing a full account and without occupying a paid seat in your Filestage team.
This allows, e.g., freelancers and agencies to add project assets directly to your projects without giving them access to all reviewer groups. At the same time, you keep everything in one central workspace and avoid the need for any third-party tools.
For Your Colleagues: Anyone within your organization (sharing your email domain) should be added as a Team Member. This gives them the full suite of internal tools they need to collaborate effectively with you.
Additionally, this will allow your colleagues to collaborate in administering the projects and create projects using your subscription.
