As projects progress, it's essential to keep track of the documents that have been uploaded to Filestage. Knowing when and who uploaded files is essential for maintaining an accurate record of project milestones. Fortunately, it is easy to access this information and more. In addition to upload dates, you can also view file versions, original file names, file types, and uploaded by.

See your file information from the dashboard

Find the file you want to view additional information
Click on the three dots and select More information
- Now you can see the number of versions, the original filename, the file type, by whom, and when it was uploaded.

Open your file
Go to the version menu dropdown and see when each version was uploaded
- Over the file view, you are only able to the upload date.
