Receive reminders as due dates are approaching to ensure you are always on top of your projects!
In your personal settings, you will find a Notifications tab with all of your notification settings.
Toggle on the Due date reminder to receive updates about your projects as due dates approach.
If you have not completed your review and the due date is approaching, we will send out email reminders.
You'll get an email between 7:00am and 8:00am every morning. This will give you a roundup of your pending reviews, including:
All reviews that are due soon
All overdue reviews
The due date reminder is only sent if you have a pending review with a due date between two days ago and five days in the future. Also, if you have finished your review, no email reminder will be sent.
If you were invited manually with a review link and you have not given us your email address yet, we are not able to send you due date reminders. When you create your first comment on a file, you will be prompted to leave your email address. Now you can receive due date reminders.
Awaiting my review section
Another way to stay up to date on your due dates is by accessing the “Awaiting my review” section and sorting your reviews by the due date.
Access the Awaiting my review section and click on the sort button on the top-right corner. Select “Due date” to sort your files by the due date.
Another way to access due dates is through the project dashboard. On the project dashboard, you canl see an overview of all of the projects with their due dates. To access an overview of what due dates you have, please sign up for a free reviewer account. More information here.
Once you have either requested changes or approved a file, you will no longer receive due date reminders about that file.
💡 What's next? Once you see how to stay on top of your due dates as a reviewer, see how to view older versions & navigating through different files.
