Connect Microsoft Teams and Filestage

To set up the integration between Filestage and Microsoft Teams for the first time, follow these steps:

Go to Apps in the navigation bar and click on Microsoft Teams
Click on Connect to establish a connection with your Microsoft Teams account and workspace.

Connecting your project to a Microsoft Teams channel

Once you’ve successfully connected Filestage with Microsoft Teams, the next step is to link the appropriate Filestage project to the specific Microsoft Teams channel where you want to receive notifications. Follow these steps to connect a Filestage project to a Microsoft Teams channel:

Open the project you would like to connect to Microsoft Teams. Then click on the Apps symbol in the top right corner of your project dashboard and then select Microsoft Teams.
Select a team and choose the channel to which you want to send the notifications.
Click "Customize notifications" and select the types of notifications you want to receive in your Microsoft Teams channel.
Congratulations 🎉! You will now receive all project-related notifications in your Microsoft Teams channel.
