Updated over a week ago

A file report is a summary of the complete review cycle for a file. It includes all versions of the file, as well as all comments, replies, and decisions made throughout the review process. File reports are helpful for keeping track of changes and feedback over time, as well as for auditing purposes.

Here’s what’s included in the file report:

  • All versions and reviewer groups for your chosen file

  • All comments and replies in comment threads

  • All approvals and change requests

  • Timestamps for comments and review decisions

The file report is a pdf in which all individual review reports of this file are merged together.
