Whitelist domains to ensure full functionality

See a list of domains/URLs that needs to be whitelisted for Filestage to work properly.

Why whitelisting domains?

Many companies block unknown domains by default for security reasons. For that reason, it can happen that emails from Filestage can't be received, links can't be opened, or files can't be uploaded.

To ensure Filestage works 100% in your network, you or your IT department need to whitelist the domains in the list you can find on this page.

By opening https://app.filestage.io/domain-whitelist-test, the page will automatically check if all the domains are working properly. This can already help you with the troubleshooting.
