When inviting a team member to Filestage, you can assign them specific roles -Admin, Manager, or Member - based on their responsibilities and access requirements.
Moreover, these roles can be easily switched later on, giving you the flexibility to adapt as your team evolves.
Below, you'll find a table that provides a quick overview of each role's permissions with a more in-depth explanation of each role and its associated permissions. This will provide you with detailed insights into what each team member can or cannot do.
Admin: Best for business owners and company administrators (left white column).
Manager: Best for employees who need full access to all projects (middle white column).
Member: Best for anyone who only need access to specific projects (right white column).
Click on the “►” symbol in the table to access more detailed information of each function and permission.
