Managing reviews across multiple projects can get overwhelming. The Home tab solves this by letting you create personalized views that surface exactly what needs your attention.
The Home tab is your central space in Filestage for managing reviews across all projects. It gives you a clear overview of what requires your attention, making it easier to stay on top of multiple projects at once.
By default, you'll see two views in your Home-tab:
Overdue reviews - shows all files where the due date has passed and the file status is "In review". Use this view to quickly identify items that require immediate attention.
Needs new version - with the status "Needs changes". It helps you track files that require updates or new versions before the review process can continue.
You can adjust your Home tab to match your needs by adding customized review widgets.

Start with what matters most to your workflow. If you're frequently checking overdue items, create a view for that. If client approvals dominate your day, filter by “In review” status for specific clients. Your Home tab should always surface the information that matters most to your workflow.
Combine filters to get specific. A view filtered by “Overdue” across all projects is useful. A view filtered by “Overdue” for “Client X” is actionable. The more targeted your views, the less time you’ll spend searching.
Keep it manageable. Three to four well-designed views will serve you better than ten generic ones. Start small, then expand as you identify gaps in your workflow.
Name views clearly. Give descriptive names like “All Approved Files” rather than generic ones.
If you’ve built views that match your workflow, you can make the Home tab your starting point when logging into Filestage.
