How can I cancel my subscription?

You can always cancel your subscription on the subscription page of your account. For this, the admin of your account has to log in and go through the following process:

1. Click on your team in the upper left corner

2. Go to subscription

3. Click on the three small points next to Change subscription

4. Go to Cancel subscription and apply for cancellation.

5. Please choose a reason for cancellation

6. Confirm the cancellation with Cancel

Please note: The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. After the subscription period ends, your access to the features and data is impacted.
