Managing reviews across multiple projects can get overwhelming. Home solves this by letting you create personalized views that highlight exactly what needs your attention.
Home is your central space in Filestage for managing reviews across all projects. It gives you a clear overview of what requires your attention, making it easier to stay on top of multiple projects at once.
By default, you'll see two instances (or views) of the Reviews widget in your Home:
Overdue reviews - shows all reviews where the due date has passed and the review status is "In review". Use this view to quickly identify items that require immediate attention.
Needs new version - shows all files with the status "Needs changes". It helps you track files that require new versions before the review process can continue.

You can add more widgets to customize Home to your needs.

Start with what matters most to your workflow. If you frequently check overdue items, create a view for that. If client approvals take up most of your day, filter by the “In review” status for specific clients. Home should always highlight the information that matters most to your workflow.
Combine filters to get specific. A view filtered by “Overdue” across all projects is helpful. A view filtered by “Overdue” for “Client X” is actionable. The more targeted your views, the less time you’ll spend searching.
Keep it manageable. Three to four well-designed views will serve you better than ten generic ones. Start small, then expand as you identify gaps in your workflow.
Name views clearly. Use descriptive names like “All Approved Files” rather than generic ones.
If you’ve built views that match your workflow, you can make Home your starting point when logging into Filestage.
