How can I increase my project limit?

The number of active projects available to you and your team depends on your plan. However, you can increase the number of active projects by switching to a higher plan or purchasing additional projects.


What is an active project?

Active projects are projects that are currently available for team members and reviewers to work with. If you don’t want a project to be active, you can archive it by clicking on the three dots and selecting archive project.

💡️Pro tip: Archived projects do not count against your active project limit. We recommend you archive your finalized projects to avoid reaching the active project limit.


What happens when I have reached my project limit?

If you reach your project limit, you won’t be able to create new projects until you delete or archive a project, purchase additional projects, or upgrade your plan.


How many active projects do I have available?

To see how many active projects you currently have, please go to the subscription page of your Team Settings.


How can I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription plan, please follow the steps listed in the Change your subscription plan article.


How can I add projects to my existing plan?

You can add projects to your plan at any time – perfect for when your workload suddenly shoots through the roof- by reaching out to support@filestage.io, we will be happy to do it for you!


What happens to the billing when I increase my project limit?

If you increase your project limit, you are charged for the remaining portion of the current billing within the upcoming period.
