# Reach out to our customer support if you have any questions

How you can get in touch with us for questions, concerns, or feedback.

1.  Log in to your Filestage account.
    
2.  Click on the **Help button** in the top-right corner.
    
3.  From the drop-down menu, select **Get support on chat**.
    
4.  Click **Send us a message** to start a direct message with Filestage support.
    
    -   If you prefer, you can also reach out to Filestage support via **email** at [support@filestage.io](mailto:support@filestage.io).
