# Review your Dropbox files

_Using the_ **_import website_** _function, you can easily bring files from your_ **_Dropbox_** _account into Filestage for review and approval._

# Step 1: Copy a link to your file in Dropbox

-   **Click** on the **Share** button on your file in Dropbox.

-   Make sure that the permission is set to **Anyone with this link can view** and then select **Copy link.**

# Step 2: Import your file into Filestage

⚠️ **Please note:** _After copying the link from your Dropbox file in Step 1, you need to_ **_manually modify_** _the link by_ **_removing the "dl=0"_** _part and_ **_replacing it with "raw=1"._** _This is necessary to ensure that the file is correctly displayed in Filestage._

-   **Example**
    
    **_Original:_** [_www.dropbox.com/s/clouds-conifer-daylight-119874317.jpg_](http://www.dropbox.com/s/clouds-conifer-daylight-119874317.jpg)_?_**dl=0**
    
    **_Modify:_** [_www.dropbox.com/s/clouds-conifer-daylight-119874317.jpg_](http://www.dropbox.com/s/clouds-conifer-daylight-119874317.jpg)_?_**raw=1**
    

-   Go to Filestage and click **Upload file**, then select **Import website**.

-   Paste the link to your Dropbox file and click **Import website.**

# Step 3: Review your Dropbox file

-   You can now invite people to review your Dropbox files using Filestage's [live websites](https://help.filestage.io/en/articles/5755744-review-live-websites.md) feature.
    
-   They'll be able to interact with the site, add comments, and discuss ideas in the comments. So you can see everyone's feedback in one place!
    

⚠️ **_Please note:_** _Live website reviews allows you to get feedback live on files in your OneDrive. So if you make edits to the live version while a review is in progress, these will appear in Filestage straight away._
