# Which pricing plans are available?

If your organization has **specific needs** that our standard plans don't fulfill, we are happy to put together a package according to your wishes as part of our **enterprise license**.

# How can I subscribe for a paid license?

## Buy a subscription in self-service

1.  [Sign in](https://app.filestage.io/#!/login) to Filestage and visit the [billing section](https://app.filestage.io/#!/teams/subscription) of your Filestage account. Select your preferred subscription plan.
    
2.  Select the contract period: **Annually** or **Monthly.**
    
3.  Add your credit card credentials and complete the purchasing process

## Buy an enterprise subscription or a custom subscription

1.  Get in touch with your sales manager, or send us your request via [support@filestage.io](mailto:support@filestage.io).
    
2.  We will provide you with an **individual quote** based on your needs.
    
3.  Once you sign the quote, we will set up your account and send you an invoice.

# Payment Methods & Payment Terms

We offer multiple payment methods and flexible payment terms to accommodate your needs.

## Payment Methods

-   The default payment method is via **credit card** via the Billing section of your Filestage account.
    
-   **Enterprise contracts** can also be paid via **bank transfer.**

## Payment Terms

-   **Monthly Contracts:** Monthly upfront payment
    
-   **Yearly Contracts:** Yearly upfront payment
    
-   **Enterprise contracts with yearly or longer contract periods:** Yearly upfront payment, Net-30-days
    

**_Please Note:_** _Payment should be received within 30 days, or your account will be suspended._

# Special Discounts for NGOs and students

We support non-profit organizations and educational institutions. We offer the following special discounts:

-   **Non-profits:** Eligible non-profit organizations can receive a discount on yearly subscriptions. Contact us to discuss your eligibility and get started.
    
-   **Educational Institutions:** Accredited universities and educational institutions can license Filestage with special conditions. Contact us to put together a package according to your needs.
