How to edit the email address related to your account

# To change your email address

1.  Click on your avatar in the top right corner
    
2.  Click on [**Personal** **Settings**](https://app.filestage.io/#!/profile/).

3.  Click on **Change email address** to edit your email address.

4.  Confirm by typing in your password and click **Confirm**
    
5.  Verify the change by entering the **6-digit security code** you will receive at your **new email address.**

⚠️**_Please note:_** _You cannot change your email address if your account is connected with_ **_Filestage-google-oauth2 (Google)_**_. In this case, you will need to disconnect your account and then connect it again with the desired email address.
