Your plan includes a set number of seats for your team members. This allows them to manage projects, upload files, and share links with your reviewers. If you need extra seats for your team, you can add them as your team needs.
To see how many seats you currently have, head over to the subscription page of your Team Settings.

If you add a seat, you’lll be charged for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
If you remove a seat, the difference between the old and new price will be prorated as a credit.
Additional seats can only be purchased on new plans (concluded after June 9th, 2021). If you are on an older plan, please contact us at [email protected].
In Filestage, your subscription is calculated based on seats. Seats are the available positions in your team that a team member can fill.

Seats - The total number of team members you can have in a team
Team members - The people you’ve invited to join your team in Filestage. They are the ones with access to manage projects, add files, and share links. You can have fewer team members than seats, but you’ll be charged for the total number of seats.
