Our default payment method is via credit card. Customers that subscribe for an enterprise license can also pay via bank transfer.
For all plans and contract periods:
Credit card via the Billing section of your Filestage account.
Monthly Contracts: Monthly upfront payment
Yearly Contracts: Yearly upfront payment
For Enterprise contracts with yearly or longer contract period:
Bank transfer or credit card
Yearly upfront payment, Net-30-days.
We will activate your account prior to receipts of payment, but if payment is not received within 30 days, your account will be suspended.
