As a project collaborator, you can manage files in a project. You can upload files to a project, edit their names, begin to share the files so they can be reviewed and also delete them. If you desire external partners and reviewers can upload files. You can manage this in reviewer settings.

Once you’ve created a new project, there are different ways to upload files. You can upload from your hard drive, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

Upload from your computer: 

Selecting the file from your hard drive: 

  1. Click on the Upload File icon (green up arrow).
  2. Choose the file(s) you would like to upload.

Drag & Dropping the file:

  1. Select the file(s) from your computer
  2. Hold down and drag it to the review step where you want to upload it to

Upload from Google Drive or Dropbox:

  1. Click on the Upload File icon (green up arrow).
  2. Choose either Google Drive or Dropbox
  3. Choose the file(s) you would like to upload.

Do all plans include the ability to upload files from Google Drive and Dropbox?

Only teams on plans that were released after May 2019 are able to upload new versions from Google Drive and Dropbox. Older plans can upload only from their harddrive. To see if your plan includes this feature, please view: https://app.filestage.io/#!/billing/.
