If you want to switch a users permission from member to admin or vice versa, it is really simple!
All you have to do is:
Select Team in the bottom left-hand side.
Find the user you want to switch the roles of.
Click on the Menu icon next to the email address.
Select their current role and then select Admin, Manager, or Member.
