How does it work in the new pricing plans (coming late May 2019)? 

If you have subscribed to our new Starter plan you will no longer be able to invite people with the role of Member. You can use the previously roles already given to teammates but you will no be able to give new Member roles going forward.
By subscribing to the new Pro or Enterprise plans, all three roles will remain for you.

How does it work in the older pricing plans?

If you have subscribed to one of our older pricing plans, you will have three different roles in Filestage for team members. 

What are the roles for team members in Filestage?

The role Admin can:

✅See all projects created by teammates
✅Manage the Filestage subscription

  • Update Billing Information

✅Manage other team members

  • Add and remove teammates
  • Change and give roles

✅Manage the branding on the software
✅Manage projects and steps

  • Create, rename and delete projects
  • Create, rename and delete review steps
  • Add and remove project collaborators
  • Change reviewer settings of review steps

✅Upload new files and new versions

The role Managers can:

✅See all projects created by teammates
✅Manage projects and steps

  • Create, rename and delete projects
  • Create, rename and delete review steps
  • Add and remove project collaborators
  • Change reviewer settings of review steps

✅Upload new files and new versions

The role Member can:

ℹ️ Only see the projects to which he or she has been invited
✅Manage projects and steps

  • Create, rename and delete projects
  • Create, rename and delete review steps
  • Add and remove project collaborators
  • Change reviewer settings of review steps

Are there customizable Roles?

In the Enterprise plan, you have the possibility to create individual roles for your team to manage the permissions more accurately. Feel free to write to us if you are interested in individual roles: [email protected]
